2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary for the purposes described below:

• Early bird list — email address and sign-up date/time when you subscribe to our mailing list.
• Ticket purchases — name, email address, ticket selections, and order reference when you buy tickets through this website. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Push notification subscriptions — a browser subscription token (no personal information) when you opt in to receive notifications. This is stored on our server and used only to send you event alerts.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Early bird list: We use your email to notify you when tickets go on sale, before public announcement. Lawful basis: consent — you opted in. You can withdraw at any time.
• Ticket orders: We use your name and email to process your booking, send confirmation, and manage entry. Lawful basis: contract — necessary to fulfil your ticket purchase.
• Push notifications: We use your subscription token to send you alerts about ticket releases and event announcements. Lawful basis: consent — you explicitly opted in via your browser.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored on a private server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/EU). The server is access-controlled and not publicly accessible.

Ticket payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe processes your card details on their secure platform; we never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Data is not used for advertising or profiling and is not sold to third parties.

5. Cookies

This website does not set any first-party cookies. Music players from Mixcloud and SoundCloud are not loaded until you click "Load Player" — at that point those services may set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies. The boombox background player (bottom-left) only connects to SoundCloud when you click it.

Push notification opt-in uses browser storage only and does not require cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may process data independently under their own privacy policies:

Fonts used on this website are self-hosted and do not make requests to Google or any third party.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data at any time.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Complain — lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.

8. Data Retention

Early bird list: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Ticket orders: retained for 7 years for accounting/legal purposes, then securely deleted. Push subscriptions: retained until you revoke browser permission or request deletion. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
